Affinity Diagnostics collects information through our website at several points. We collect the following information about primary visitors: your name, company name, phone number and email address as well as messages you provide on the “Contact Us” and “Quote Request” forms on the website.

Information Usage:

The information collected by Affinity Diagnostics will only be used as it pertains to the delivery of product-related information requested by the website visitor. Visitors who provide information will receive product information, quotations, email marketing and promotions. Previous visitors will also receive additional marketing material related to products, services and special promotions. Out of respect for the privacy of our visitors we present the option to opt-out of these types of communications. The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We may disclose your information to our trusted suppliers for technical support or area demographic information pertaining to product interest and usage. We do not use your personal information to take part in interest-based or behavioral advertising of our services across third-party websites or service offerings.
